About The Role

Join Milio as our Sales Assistant and help us build the best client experience in the industry! We are a small, tight-knit team and are looking for a Sales Assistant who has a hunter’s mentality, gets things done accurately yet quickly, and is committed to effectively addressing our prospects’ needs.

👩💻 Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for converting interested customers (those who have taken a demo call) to paying customers.
- You may join demo calls to take notes and be prepared for post-call engagement
- You will own the pre-call engagement of managing email replies from our prospects and arranging demo calls with them.
- For our automated outbound campaigns, you handle both interested as well as non-interested replies professionally and nurture those leads with the goal to schedule a demo call.
- With any remaining capacities you will reach out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn. We will provide lists of relevant companies.
- Using our CRM tool, you track updates and lead statuses.
- You adapt your tone of voice based on the prospect’s reply. Most of our clients are young brands who value an easy yet professional communication style.
