About The Role
Part-Time (permanent) ****| Remote | 10h Per Week
Join Milio and help us become the leading quality control partner in Europe. We are a small, tight-knit team and are looking for someone who can assist in demo calls and closing potential customers.
This is your chance to challenge the status quo, push the limits, and create real impact.
👩💻 Your Responsibilities
As the cornerstone of our sales process, you'll connect with potential clients prior to demo calls, showcasing the value of our services and guiding them through their journey to becoming happy customers.
- Prospect Engagement
- Initiate contact with prospects who've booked a demo call with us
- Create and customize our digital sales room to share product details with the prospect
- Maintain active communication through messaging and LinkedIn
- Dynamic Product Demonstrations
- Thoroughly prepare for each demo, setting the stage for a successful call
- Build a genuine connection with each prospect, understanding their needs
- Uncover their challenges and demonstrate how Milio can solve them, maximizing value
- Work towards a seamless agreement to get them onboard
- Note that we will provide extensive training to help you get started
- Post-Demo Follow-Up & Onboarding
- Address any questions or requirements prospects have post-call
- Cultivate relationships with leads to encourage their journey with us
- Assist new customers in getting started on our platform, ensuring a smooth transition
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Keep our CRM and sales tools updated with the latest interactions and outcomes
- Engage leads before and after calls to maximize conversion opportunities
